DSMU: Multi-CPU Server
Often the DSMU will have problems when running on a multi-CPU server, eg: freezing during Fileserver operations, etc...
There's a simple fix:
- Run the DSMU (Start - Run - proimgr.bat)
- Open Task Manager
- Look on processes tab for wish.exe
- Right-click - Set Affinity - select one CPU
- Now the DSMU should run properly
