2. Set the number and size of the cells...

3. For a BOM table, create a table of 2 rows by however many columns you need.
In this example, I'll just use 3 columns: item no, name & quantity. |

4. Next, add a repeat region to hold the data for each component:
Repeat Region | Add Select the bottom-left and bottom-right cells, which will repeat (or the top-left & right if your table is going upwards...) |

5. Now, double-click on each of the top cells to create the columns headers.
Note: in Wildfire, they've done away with the brackets {0: ...}, etc (at last) |

6. Similarly, double-click on each of the repeat region cells to define which values should be shown...
Pick from the lists, eg:

7. Usually you want to remove duplicate items from the BOM list:
