Q : Why the website?
A : After looking around for an independent round-up of stuff going on in Dundee (from small gigs to big events) and finding nothing to satisfy, I wondered if it was worth having a go... some of my friends reckoned it was.
It's totally free to you, so please enjoy - and let me know your thoughts...
Q : Who's behind it?
A : My name is Edwin Muirhead, I was born in Dundee and have lived here since '98, feeling like a relative new-comer compared to your friendly local Dundonians... I'm an engineer, love my family, music and martial arts, + do web-stuff in spare time (here + here).
Opinions expressed in the places to eat and go pages are generally mine...
After a year online, the inDundee team doubled with the addition of Ian Clark, better known as PAPAWINDY.
He lives in Dundee, and has been involved with Dundee nightlife for quite some time, having worked in the entertainment industry for 4 years.
He now promotes music and art and runs Papa’s Promotions, and lists his main hobbies as going to gigs, photography and partying with friends.

Q : How does it work?
The events information is taken from websites, noticeboards, shop windows, etc. anywhere there's publicly-available info about events, gigs, exhibitions, shows, etc.
It's all stuck in my homemade database, which helps you search + filter... Hopefully it's all correct + up-to-date, but I'd recommend you check with the venue before travelling long distances.
Q : How can I help?
I've had a few people ask if they can help... well, please contribute anything you know about events or gigs coming up in the city, and spread the word about the website to your friends, family and colleagues...
